Invitation letter from the employer: This is a document issued by the employer and contains information about the job, working conditions and time period of employment.

Employment contract: The contract must be signed by the employer and the employee, and contains all essential information about employment, including duration, working conditions and salary.

Proof of employer registration: The employer must provide proof that the legal entity is registered in Serbia.

Proof of the worker’s education and qualifications: Copies of diplomas, certificates and other documents confirming the worker’s qualifications.
